Could You Use Some Help Getting Started?

Depending on the product you use, IRI offers various forms of technical assistance and end-user training.

For basic technical support during your trial or development installation, please click on the Support link above, or contact your IRI agent directly. You can also send email describing your issue to support@iri.com. During your 30-day trial period, and for the first free year of support, we will be happy to render assistance by phone and email for your product's installation, tuning, job design, invocation, and remediation.

For advanced technical support, extended consulting engagements, and product enhancement requests, you should also contact your IRI agent and discuss your needs in person to make sure the request is fully understood. We may also ask you to provide metadata samples so we can use RowGen to safely simulate your production data in our environment.

Training in the use of CoSort SortCL and other IRI software is available at IRI's headquarters for those wishing to travel to the Space Coast of Florida. Training is also available via webinar or through customized courses at or near your location. Prevailing industry rates are assessed for this service. Please describe your company's particular requirements to your IRI agent.
